Terms & Conditions – Zyclo Fashion Pvt Ltd

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the Zyclo mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Zyclo Fashion Pvt Ltd, having its registered address at 21-5-101, Madhav Nagar, Shiv Jyoti Nagar, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, 517501, India (“Zyclo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Platform Scope

  • Zyclo is an apparel-only e-commerce platform.
  • The Platform is available only in India.
  • The Platform supports English and select regional languages.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 16 years or older to use the Platform.
  • Users below 18 years must use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision.
  • Only registered users are allowed to place orders on the Platform.
  • Zyclo may, in rare emergency situations, process offline orders, which will be governed by these Terms.

 

3. User Account

  • Only one account per phone number or email is permitted.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Zyclo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:
    • Fraud or suspicious activity
    • Fake or repeated order cancellations
    • Abuse, harassment, or misuse of the Platform
    • Violation of these Terms

 

4. Products & Pricing

  • All products listed are subject to availability.
  • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only; slight variations may occur.

 

5. Orders & Payments

  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Zyclo Wallet
  • Zyclo reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing or technical errors
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Zyclo’s refund policy.

6. Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled by Zyclo’s in-house delivery team.
  • Orders are generally delivered within 20 to 45 minutes for locations within an approximate 8 km radius of the warehouse, subject to operational conditions. For delivery locations beyond this radius, orders may take up to 60 minutes.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location after reasonable waiting time, the order may be cancelled.
  • Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be cancelled, and the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet, as per Zyclo’s refund policy. Customers may place a new order with correct details.

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3–5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Innerwear and select items are non-returnable.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable.
  • Try & Buy is not currently offered.

 

8. Wallet & Promotions

  • Zyclo Wallet balance can be used only on the Zyclo Platform.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
  • Promotional or referral credits may expire after the promotion period.
  • Promotional credits, once issued, are not revoked but may expire.

 

9. Wallet Usage and Partial Payments

Zyclo allows users to place orders using a combination of Zyclo Wallet balance and other supported payment methods, including online payments and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability.

In the event of an order cancellation, return, or refund:

  • Any amount paid using the Zyclo Wallet shall be credited back to the Zyclo Wallet.
  • Any remaining amount shall be refunded either to the original payment method or to the Zyclo Wallet, as chosen by the user.
  • Promotional wallet credits refunded will remain subject to their original expiry terms.

Zyclo reserves the right to process refunds in accordance with its Refund Policy, applicable laws, and operational feasibility.

 

10. User Reviews & Content

  • Users may submit ratings and reviews after product delivery.
  • Zyclo reserves the right to moderate or remove content that is fake abusive, misleading, or violates platform policies.
  • Genuine customer feedback is valued and used to improve services.

 

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, images, text, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Zyclo.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

 

12. Communications

Zyclo may contact users through:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • Push notifications
  • WhatsApp

Communications may include order updates, service notifications, and promotional messages.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • While Zyclo controls its delivery operations, it shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic, weather, technical issues, or force majeure events.
  • Zyclo’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the affected order.

 

14. Force Majeure

Zyclo shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Zyclo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Modifications to Terms

  • Zyclo may update these Terms from time to time, particularly when introducing new features.
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts located in Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
